Yarn Spinning Process
Our commonly used yarns include high-quality, traceable varieties such as Egyptian Giza cotton, American Pima cotton, Xinjiang long-staple cotton, Organic cotton, BCI cotton, Australian cotton, GRS-certified recycled polyester, etc. They are available in a range of counts such as 30S, 32S, 40S, and can also be produced to specified counts.
Now let's check the whole process of spinning(cotton for example).
1. Cotton Cleaning & Cotton Carding
Removing inpurities from cotton. Loosening, cutting, and combing cotton fibers into thin and long fiber bundles.
2. Cotton Combing & Drawing
Produce longer, finer, and more uniform fibers by removing short fibers and impurities.
Improve textile quality by reducing fiber breakage and fly in spinning.
3. Roving Process
Cotton fibers are carded and drawn, then turned into roving for spinning.
4. Spinning(Coarse Yarn Spinning & Fine Yarn Spinning)
Combed Compact-Siro Spinning, or Combed Compact Spinning.
(Coarse Yarn Spinning)
(Fine Yarn Spinning)
5. Winding
